Cheddar and Herb Skillet Meal

Busy, busy day ahead of me today! I love keeping busy with Wildtree! This morning I received my new car magnet and business cards. I needed to update my address now that I am a resident of Bozeman, Montana! I am also busy getting together samples, new rep folders and shipping out product for a big blog giveaway (more info to come later :))!

Sorry for the BlackBerry fuzzy picture.....but Ridley doesn't like the DSLR pointed at him. He is so camera shy.

So, the other day Justin pointed out that he could see blackheads on my nose and that pores were really big. It's something that comes with working from home and losing all cleanliness. So yesterday morning I scrubbed my nose super hard with apricot scrub. I have pretty sensitive skin, and it is so dry right now. Today my nose looks like I set it on fire. Its totally burned and scabbed. Now I really cant ever leave the house (well, except to go to the gym). I am not sure why my face decided to become a teenager again, but its awful. I'm just glad it isn't Christmas time when the Rudolph jokes could come on strong.

Last night I made the Wildtree Cheddar and Herb Skillet Meal. It was super easy and pretty delish! I of course always make some changes. I used Almond Milk, gluten free pasta, added broccoli and spinach and ground turkey meat.

Any meal and can be made healthy by adding greens!

I also said yesterday I would share an easy healthy dessert I came up with the other day.

In a small oven safe dish cut up 1/2 an apple sprinkle with cinnamon, 1/4 cup of water and a splash of vanilla.

Then in a separate bowl add 1 Tablespoon of (uncontaminated) oats, 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar and 1       Tablespoon of cold butter.

Mush up the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the apples.

Bake in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes. While it's baking you can mix the a la mode portion.
1 small scoop of plain greek yogurt, a smidge of honey and a splash of vanilla.

Once it is out of the oven let cool for 5-10 minutes and then top it with the greek yogurt.

And...enjoy!!

So easy, so delish and I enjoyed it while watching Modern Family which was hilarious last night!

I would also like to thank Old Man Winter for bringing back the blanket of snow to Bozeman. Have a great Wednesday, or Thursday or whatever day it is.....!
